DISPATCH OF ORDERS

All regular orders received before 12:00 noon we dispatch the same day.
Regular orders received after 13:00 we dispatch the next working day (Monday to Friday).
All orders are subject to stock availability - we hold smaller stocks of unpopular items, and we may need extra time to fulfil your order if you require large quantities of these items.
We will always endeavour to contact you if the lead time exceeds 2 working days.
Some items have special transport requirements due to their size. In this case we will call you to advise and confirm a delivery date.
All National Couriers carry a very high volume of deliveries which may affect the delivery time of your order, therefore we cannot guarantee that delivery will be made within a certain time.

DELIVERY

For all orders over €100, we use next day courier services. If we receive your order before 12pm and it consists of fittings, valves, and accessories, you will most likely receive it the next working day. However, no one can guarantee this, especially when it’s beyond our control. Unlike some, we prefer not to make promises we can’t keep. That said, we will always do our very best, and that’s a promise you can rely on.

Pipes over 2 metres require specialist delivery and will likely take a bit longer to reach you, typically 3-5 days. However, we will always do our utmost to get it to you as swiftly as possible. Once your order is received, we will confirm the delivery date with you.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We are primarily a B2B supplier and our delivery rates are simplified to cover large volumes of orders across the Ireland.

Small Order Shipping

Our product prices are highly competitive, making it unfeasible for us to process small orders via next-day courier services without incurring a loss. Therefore, orders under €100 for fittings, valves, and accessories will only be dispatched within 2-3 days. Depending on when your order is placed, it might not be collected until the following day, which could mean up to 5 days for your parcel to arrive.

Pipe Lengths

If any individual pipe length in your order exceeds the sizes listed in the chart, the delivery charge will typically fall within the specified price range. Actual costs will depend on the weight, length, and value of your order and will be calculated during checkout.
