The package and its contents should be inspected immediately upon delivery, and any transit damage or shortages must be reported to us within 12 hours of receipt.

For any other reasons, you have 3 days from receiving the goods to notify us if you wish to make a return.

Chemfeed.ie does not cover the cost of return shipping. The customer is responsible for all expenses related to returning items.

1. To request a returns authorisation, please email us at info@chemfeed.ie. Include your web order reference and details of the items you wish to return. We need to be notified of your intent to return the goods and agree on the terms for their return as outlined in our full terms and conditions. A restocking fee will be applied of 15% of order value.

2. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect them to ensure they are in perfect condition for resale. We will then confirm receipt and, once approved, return the items to stock and process any refunds as per our returns agreement.

Please note that Chemfeed.ie reserves the right to decline returns based on the terms and conditions outlined on our site and will apply a restocking fee to cover associated costs. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for 1 and 2 metre lengths of pipe. This is because we must cut these lengths from full commercial-sized pipes, making it difficult to resell them, especially in less common sizes or materials.
