DISPATCH OF ORDERS
All regular orders received before 13:00 we dispatch the same day.
Regular orders received after 13:00 we dispatch the next working day (Monday to Friday).
All orders are subject to stock availability - we hold smaller stocks of unpopular items, and we may need extra time to fulfil your order if you require large quantities of these items.
We will always endeavour to contact you if the lead time exceeds 2 working days.
Some items have special transport requirements due to their size. In this case we will call you to advise and confirm a delivery date.
All Irish Couriers carry a very high volume of deliveries which may affect the delivery time of your order. We cannot guarantee that delivery will be made within a certain time, especially during the Christmas period.
DELIVERY
For all orders over €100, we use next day courier services. If we receive your order before 13.00 and it consists of fittings, valves, and accessories, you will most likely receive it the next working day. However, there may some exceptions due to delays with our transport partner.
Pipes over 2 metres require specialist delivery and will likely take a bit longer to reach you, typically 3-5 days. However, we will always do our utmost to get it to you as swiftly as possible. Once your order is received, we will confirm the delivery date with you.
DELIVERY CHARGES
We are primarily a B2B supplier and our delivery rates are simplified to cover large volumes of orders across the Ireland.
Small Order Shipping
Our product prices are highly competitive, making it unfeasible for us to process small orders via next-day courier services without incurring a loss. There is a minimum order value of €100.
Pipe Lengths
If any individual pipe length in your order exceeds the sizes listed in the chart, the delivery charge will typically fall within the specified price range. Actual costs will depend on the weight, length, and value of your order and will be calculated during checkout.

Order same day delivery
We offer next working day delivery for orders placed Monday to Friday.
Bank/Public Holiday Deliveries
We do not operate on Bank Holidays. National carriers do not operate on bank/public holidays.
We therefore cannot offer Bank Holiday deliveries.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will automatically receive an email confirmation with key details about your delivery, including a copy of your VAT invoice. You will also receive updates as your order progresses through our picking and dispatch processes. If the courier is unable to make delivery the parcel may be returned to us.
RETURNS
The package and its contents should be inspected immediately upon delivery, and any transit damage or shortages must be reported to us within 12 hours of receipt.
For any other reasons, you have 3 days from receiving the goods to notify us if you wish to make a return.
Chemfeed.ie does not cover the cost of return shipping. The customer is responsible for all expenses related to returning items.
1. To request a returns authorisation, please email us at info@irishfluidcontrols.com. Include your web order reference and details of the items you wish to return. We need to be notified of your intent to return the goods and agree on the terms for their return as outlined in our full terms and conditions.
2. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect them to ensure they are in perfect condition for resale. We will then confirm receipt and, once approved, return the items to stock and process any refunds as per our returns agreement. There will be a restocking fee.

Please note that chemfeed.ie reserves the right to decline returns based on the terms and conditions outlined on our site and will apply a restocking fee to cover associated costs. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for 1 and 2 metre lengths of pipe. This is because we must cut these lengths from full commercial-sized pipes, making it difficult to resell them, especially in less common sizes or materials.
