We offer standard next day courier delivery for all orders over €10 (excluding pipes over 2 metres long). If you place your order before 1pm, it will normally be delivered the next working day.

Please note that although we aim for next day delivery, this is not guaranteed. Once the order has left our distribution centre it is out of our control.

Tubes over 2 metres in length require special delivery arrangements, which incurs additional carriage costs and slightly increases delivery time. This delivery normally takes 1-2 working days, but we will confirm the exact delivery date once your order has been processed.

Yes, please call ahead to arrange delivery. This will allow us to make sure your items are in stock and easily accessible. Whilst we maintain a large stock, quantities are not limitless and some items may be stored in different locations or require special handling. If you call in advance, your order will be collected and prepared for you.

Don't be misled by seemingly cheaper delivery costs: lowering shipping charges often means inflating product prices, resulting in customers paying for delivery multiple times on each item. Some in the pipe industry do this, but we believe in being upfront and transparent with our customers.

Our prices are trade and already have huge discounts of up to 70% over manufacturer's prices.

We currently only deal with orders sent to addresses in Ireland.

No. We send everything with tracking, so if there is no one to sign for the parcel, it should not be left on the street. If you are receiving at an address, perhaps a neighbour can sign on your behalf.

If you have any special requests for the courier/driver, you can add them to your order. You can always call us to discuss special delivery arrangements.

Pipes over 2m in length require specialised transport which must be arranged separately. We dispatch all other items from our warehouse with a national courier

We try to organise delivery of all parts of an order on the same day, however we cannot guarantee the same time.

A VAT invoice is provided at the time of purchase and is attached to your order confirmation email. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you can forward this email to your finance department.

NO. All prices for goods listed on our website are exclusive of VAT.

If you are in the trade, you can reclaim the VAT - we will show how much VAT has been added for this purpose at checkout and on your VAT receipt (which you will receive with your order confirmation). If you're not in the trade, you'll still get great wholesale prices with a little VAT.

Unfortunately, this is a common mistake caused by the way imperial pipe and fittings are measured and referenced.
When measuring imperial pipe and fittings, the reference is to the ‘nominal bore’ of the pipe, not the outside diameter of the pipe.

- A re-stocking fee will be charged to cover the costs we have already incurred in fulfilling your order.

- We do not accept returns on 1 and 2 metre lengths of pipe. In order to provide you with this service, we have had to cut commercial lengths. In other cases you would have had to purchase the full length.
